The Clarksville Fox Foundation (CFF) is a federal non-profit with 501 (c)-3 status. The CFF started in Clarksville a few years ago in an effort to get children more active in community sports. The Clarksville Fox Woman’s Full Contact Football Team’s mascot “Trixy” was invited out to some local schools to work out with the children during gym classes. The children fell in love instantly with “Trixy” and we were asked to bring her to a variety of children events within the Clarksville area. With childhood obesity being the largest epidemic facing children across the country today, we decided to start an organization dedicated to help fight this epidemic destroying the future of our children and their health. The CFF now goes to many different schools in the area and works out with children showing them that exercising is fun and how to eat healthy.

The mission of the Clarksville Fox Foundation is to educate children and their families on how to successfully combat childhood obesity.

To get “Trixy” out to your school or organization to start a program to help your children to combat childhood obesity and to encourage them to be active, call Rob Brown at 931-320-2976 or email him at GM@TheClarksvilleFox.com. Every organization and school is different and their children have different health needs so we will work with you to put together a program specifically designed to help your organizations needs for its children’s health.
